About
Grampian Concert Orchestra was formed in Aberdeen in 1998 to bring low-cost, accessible classical music to the local community and gave its first concert in 1999.
In the 25 years since, the orchestra has regularly undertaken summer concert tours to European cities, giving free concerts to help bring the joy of live music to a wider population.
The orchestra is delighted to visit Derry and Donegal for the first time and would welcome anyone who would like to attend, especially groups for whom live music is normally out of reach.
Concerts are free, informal and are suitable for children aged 12 or over, particularly those learning an instrument.”
