About
Told through the eyes and hearts of 13 local women, 4 Days in Derry will unlock the untold stories of how the murder of 13 innocent people by the Parachute Regiment on the streets of Derry on Sunday 30th January 1972, devastated and impacted the lives of those who loved them. Ordinary women are tasked with telling an extraordinary story. It is a story that is meant to cause no hurt to anyone but rather to embrace the women of Derry and applaud their strength of character, determination, and resilience in the face of adversity. These are the very personal stories of mothers, sisters, daughters and girlfriends whose grief, at times, went unnoticed, whose pain would last a lifetime, whose loss would never be recognised and whose stories would go untold, until now.
