Come join us at our 100 acre site and experience all that Creggan Country Park has to offer. From being the site of Earl Bishop Hervey's deer park to the never-ending natural heritage there is lots to discover.
This September delve into the world of fungi with one our foraging sessions taking place during the European Heritage Open Days!
During this session we will cover the basics of foraging and look for some seasonal species found within the park. These include multiple species of edible and inedible fungi like Common Puffball and Slimy waxcap with the potential to forage berries like sloe and blackberries. So come join and see what you can discover!
