This class is open to individuals, couples or groups, with each ticket costing £60 per person

On arrival you'll be greeted with a delicious cheeseboard with products from Dart Mountain Cheese, as well as soft drinks, tea and coffee.
You'll then go to your cooking stations and be shown how to make a beautiful charcuterie board, filled with local and LegenDerry produce (once completed, this can be taken home to eat if preferred).
Chef Fairley will show you some tricks for how to light your own charcoal BBQ (that's braai to us) and then you'll cook your choice of ribeye steak or tenderised chicken thighs on the BBQ, as well a delicious sauce back at your cooking station. To finish your main, you'll be given some freshly baked bread and Broighter Gold Rapeseed Oil and a green salad to complete the meal.
Dessert is also getting chargrilled - you'll be handed fresh pineapple to lightly toast over coals, and make a stunning homemade maple and blueberry syrup to add on top (why not add a dash of our Fiery Reaper Hot Sauce if you're brave?) all served with Morelli's ice cream!
