Northern Ireland is home to two world-renowned universities, Queen’s University Belfast (QUB) and Ulster University (UU) that specialise in research across a range of disciplines including eight clusters: Core data science, cybersecurity, hardware, the internet of things, medicine, robotics, economy, and multimedia
analytics. The country also has the highest percentage of qualified IT professionals in the UK and Ireland, which makes it a hot spot for attendees, inspiring speakers
and potential sponsors for technology related conferences and events.
