About

Welcome aboard CARNIVAL OF COLOURS 2024 - the big SPLASH! Brought to you by In Your Space Circus.

Derry’s favourite Circus and Street Arts festival, produced by local legends ‘In Your Space Circus’ is BACK and this year we’re dropping anchor at Foyle Maritime Festival 2024… for one year only! Oh, Buoy!

We have gathered up a boatload of circus chaos and will be taking over McFarland Quay from 27th to 30th June with some INCREDIBLE circus treats!

Featuring the amazing NoFit State Circus, presenting the IRISH PREMIERE of their new show BAMBOO and Fanzini Productions with their hilarious show Ballet Poulet! We’re buzzing to bring Mimbre back with their astounding all-female acrobatic show Weight(less).. PLUS… we have the awesome Cikada Circus presenting their brand-new show Walk The Plank. And finally, family-fave Jitterbug Jackson is bringing circus craic (and the biggest beach ball you’ve ever laid your eyeballs on!)

The youth circus stars of tomorrow from Derry, Belfast and Galway will be performing on the Future Circus Stage and showing the professionals how it’s done!! You lucky rubber duckys!

And make sure to stop by the ‘Baby Top Boardwalk’ to try your hand at circus skills, get your face painted (mine’s a mermaid please) or join the ‘Jellyfish Jam’ disco!

So, get the diary out now and mark 27-30th June - BEST DAYS EVER! and join us for Carnival of Colours 2024 - The big SPLASH!!

Full Programme Available Here

P.S. Please share your Carnival pics, selfies, etc with us on the interweb! We pure love the craic.
